Ben believes that we must avoid the temptation to vilify AI. It's a machine. It has no morality. AI is not the enemy - but the choices we make about how to use it are fraught with risk.

My observation is that the care and employment of humans requires an investment of #capital which is generally greater than the investment needed to employ AI. Currently, the replacement of humans by AI is almost entirely driven by cost-saving concerns.
